Word Root Exercise: Retro

The sun is out for the first time in several days; it looks quite pleasant out there. I can’t believe the winter solstice is only three days off. The days will begin to lengthen again, and who doesn’t like that?

Here is a worksheet on the Latin root retro. It means back, backward, and behind–but you probably already figured that out.
